Sowing into the Kingdom
This past Sunday, Bishop Omar returned from a much-needed rest to deliver a powerful and revelatory message entitled “A Hundredfold in the Same Year.”
The focus of this message was one of the most essential principles in our walk with God—sowing into the Kingdom. Using the example of Isaac in Genesis who received a hundredfold harvest in the very same year he sowed, Bishop showed us how obedience, trust, and faith in God unlock supernatural provision.
Bishop shared that one of the struggles many believers face is giving—especially tithing. While the world teaches us to hold tightly to what we earn, the Kingdom of God teaches us to release it, knowing that the Lord is our true provider. Tithing, he reminded us, is not about God needing our money—He owns it all. Instead, tithing is a test of the heart, a way for us to show that we trust Him more than our bills, obligations, or financial fears.
Isaac’s hundredfold harvest wasn’t simply about crops—it was about the faithfulness of God when His people sow into Him. The same principle applies to us today. When we give God what belongs to Him first, He orders our finances, blesses what remains, and even releases blessings that money cannot buy.
This sermon was a challenge to every believer: put God to the test and watch how He proves Himself faithful. The blessings of sowing into the Kingdom are real, and they go beyond wealth—they include peace, provision, protection, and joy.
